Delilah

Delilah is a new theatre production from Left of Centre Theatre Co. It started because the biblical story of Samson and Delilah didn’t sit right: a woman destroying the love of her life just for the sake of some money? While it may have happened that way a few times before, to us the biblical story stunk of sexism and out of date gender representations. A story about a woman grappling with trust and safety, however? That was far more interesting to us. – Abbie and Claire
